Data Deletion Request
We respect your right to delete your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This policy applies to platform subscribers and end customers whose data passes through the platform.
What Can Be Deleted?
For Subscribers (platform users)
- Account data (email, name, company name)
- All stored conversations and contact data
- Uploaded media, campaigns, and usage logs
For End Customers
- Contact information (phone number, display name)
- Message content and media exchanged with the business
We may retain the minimum necessary records if required by regulations (such as tax obligations or court orders)
Fastest way: from your dashboard
If you are a platform subscriber, you can export your data or request account deletion directly from your dashboard with no waiting. Log in, then: Subscription → Your privacy & data.
How to Request Deletion
Send your request to:
Please include the following information:
- Your full name
- Registered email address or associated WhatsApp number
- Description of the data to be deleted
Processing Time
We will contact you to confirm the request and verify your identity. Deletion is completed within 30 days from the date of confirmation
Important Notes
- Deletion is permanent and irreversible
- Deleting a subscriber account includes all project data and conversations
- End customers may also request deletion directly from the subscribed business
Additional Rights
